When I search for my ad on the search engine I can't find it, why?
The placement of your ad on the search engine is based on a couple of factors. First, are you searching in geography that is included in your campaign? If not, it will not be found and you might want to contact your account manager to expand your geographic reach.

Secondly, the placement of your ad is determined by competitive bid based on your monthly/daily budget. The budget is spread evenly across the day which means there may be searches that are not being bid on. If you would like to increase the frequency, talk with your account manager about your budget. S/he can provide you with more detailed information about the effectiveness of your budget.
When will I see results with my campaign?
The campaign dashboard results are updated nightly with the previous day's results.
Why am I not getting phone calls?
People are provided with a number of options for contacting your business (e.g. email, phone, maps to drive, mobile, etc) and they select the method they would like to use. Some types of business are less likely to get calls than others.
How do I log in to my Merchant Center?
Navigate to http://merchants.localbiznow.com and enter your ID and password. If you do not yet have an ID and password contact us at 1-888-298-8955 or help@localbiznow.com.
How can I listen to my calls?
Microsoft Internet Explorer users:
Log into the Merchant Center ( http://merchants.localbiznow.com ), select the campaign dashboard and click on the numeric "calls" link. It will open a new window containing the details about your calls and links to audio files that you can be played right on your computer. Remember to make sure your volume is turned up on both your computer and speaker.

I am running more than one campaign. How do I view my other campaigns in the Merchant Center?
Log into the Merchant Center ( http://merchants.localbiznow.com ), click on "Reporting" tab. There are two different ways to see campaign level detail:

1. Select "Campaign Dashboard" and then in the "Campaign" drop down select the campaign you would like to view.

2. Select "Campaign Aggregate Report", select the "Campaign" button under "Aggregate By:" and all of your campaigns will be displayed as a separate line item.
